Tracy Moore


Sergeant Tracy Moore joined the Army National Guard in 1993 where he served with the Oklahoma National Guard for approximately 15 years and achieved the rank of Corporal. He was deployed to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2004 and was awarded the Combat Action Badge, Army Achievement Medal, the Global War on terrorism, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medals, and the Afghanistan Campaign medal along.  

Sgt. Moore began his Law Enforcement career with the Oklahoma Military Department in August of 2002 and graduated from CLEET Basic Police Academy in 2003. He served as a sergeant with OMDPD. Sgt Moore joined the Skiatook Police Department in 2005. He currently holds a CLEET advanced certification. 

During Sgt. Moore's service he has attended advanced law enforcement readiness training (ALERT active shooter training) and completed advanced training in Reid investigations and is certified in Standard field sobriety testing and is a certified CLEET basic instructor. Sgt. Moore received training and Instructor certification for Active Shooter from Texas A&M to present and provide the public situational awareness in the prevention, protection and post treatment from an attack. Sgt. Moore is also a National Certified Child passenger Safety Seat technician.  

In 2015 Sgt.  Moore was awarded an Oklahoma Buckle Down Award, which are given to state law enforcement who go above and beyond in the areas of occupant protection, impaired driving and traffic safety. In 2016 Sgt. Moore was awarded the Life Saving Award for helping to save a man with CPR. Sgt. Moore was promoted to Sergeant in July of 2017 and is currently serving as the Evening Shift Supervisor.
