Detective Tony Harper began his law enforcement career in 2005 at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office. Detective Harper joined the Skiatook Police Department in November 2007. Detective Harper has served as a K-9 Handler and also has been assigned to work as an investigator for the Tulsa County Metro Drug Task Force. Detective Harper is a graduate of Skiatook High School and is a veteran of the United States Army / Oklahoma National Guard. Detective Harper has received the following awards:
